Kwara State Hospitals Pledge to Treat Patients With Dignity, launch 24hrs Servicom for Complaints

  

The management of Kwara State Hospitals Management Board has  recognized the need for its patients and their loved ones to be treated with dignity, care, respect and their right to privacy. 

The management also promised that staff would take good care of patients by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service that restores thousands of health and save lots of lives. 

In a statement signed by the Executive, Kwara State Hospitals Management Board, Dr. Abdulraheem Malik stated 

"Though we know we are not perfect, this is why we want you to reach out to us through KW-HMB SERVICOM Department 24-Hours a day whenever we fall below your expectations. We want to do better. 

KW-HMB SERVICOM will be visiting our facilities periodically to make sure service delivery meets your expectations.
