Day Oodua Heritage International Organization Marked 5th Year Anniversary
No doubt, Sunday 15th October 2023 would remain a memorable day for many in the entertainment world as all routes leading to Grandeur Event Center, 17 Billings Way Oregun Ikeja, Lagos, to celebrate the fifth year anniversary of Oodua Heritage International Organisation (OHIO) were jam packed.
It was indeed a gathering of creme de la creme in the society, as monarchs, political icons, business stakeholders tropped in to celebrate the founder and president of Oodua Heritage International Organisation (OHIO), Otun Balogun Abiodun Adewale Kuku and Asiwaju Chief (Mrs.) Hon. Erelu Bolanle Amoke Kuku.
Dignitaries present at the occasion include His imperial Majesty, Oba Ajibade Adebowale Adekanbi Adegbite; Alaketu of Aketu, Ile Ife, Oba Abdurasheed Olamilekan Balogun
Olu of Akinbo land, Ewekoro, Ogun State,
Oba Najimudeen Alani Aromaye, Oniro of Iro land, Oba Joseph Ikudaisi, Olu of Agbegise Ifo land, Oba Tajudeen Olanrewaju Bakare,
Oba Ogboni Abalaye Agbaye, President of all the Ogboni worldwide.
Others are Yemi Elebuibon, Yemi Solade, Aderenle, Mama Awero, Nike Peller, Doyin Kukoyi, Rose Odika , fast rising movie actress, Busayo Orioke Alamu, popularly called Orioke Omoologo, and host of others.
Erelu Bolanle Amoke Kuku, in her welcome address, saluted all the invited guests present at the occasion and while speaking on the establishment of Oodua Heritage International Organisation (OHIO), she said, " Oodua Heritage International Organisation is a cultural, non-religious cum government entity created in 2018 by my husband, Otun Balogun Abiodun Adewale Kuku and myself. It was registered here in Nigeria and the diaspora in 2019 with significant presence in different countries and the aim is to promote the unity among Oodua descendants worldwide"
During an interview with Apreel1 Events TV, Baba Yemi Elebuibon, Yemi Solade, Nike Peller, monarchs, fast rising movie actress, Orioke Busayo popularly called Orioke Omoologo in one voice talked about the culture of the Yoruba race and hailed the organizers for their efforts in promoting unity among the sons and daughters of Oduduwa.
There were different cultural displays while the organizer, President of Oodua Heritage International Organisation ( OHIO), Erelu Bolanle Amoke Kuku, danced with them to the delight of all the invited guests present.
