Police Recovers 10,000 live cartridges from hoodlums hideout at Oke Bola Area, Ibadan
Ten Thousand (10,000) live cartridges, an unregistered Toyota Sienna bus, and a Toyota Camry were items recovered from notorious hoodlums hideout at Oke Bola Area of Ibadan, by the Oyo State Police Command.
The Oyo Commissioner of police, CP Shina Olukolu said the hoodlums specialized in supplying arms and ammunition to different armed robbery syndicate that have been terrorizing members of the public within and outside Ibadan metropolis.
Olukolu, while addressing pressmen on Tuesday at the state command mentioned that Four of the hoodlums who later identified themselves as Adekunle Abimbola, Abel Kojo, Mukaila Ariyo, and Ade Adebayo were arrested on the said hideout.
The CP however assured members of the public of the command's continued efforts to ensure high level of professionalism and tolerance when carrying out their constitutional responsibility of protection of life and prosperity.
The command alongside, arrested serial house/ Shop Burglar who dispossessed victims of their laptops, 4 ATM cards, and some amount of money.
The suspect who was later identified as Ayeloja Kazeem was arrested at Elebu Community Ibadan.
