Forum of Online Practitioners debuts in Oyo

Forum of Online Practitioners ( FOOP) on Wednesday had its first meeting in the ancient city of Ibadan. The inaugural meeting had in attendance numbers of functioning  website and blog owners practicing in Oyo state.
