Eid el Fitri: Ladoja urges Makinde to prioritize educational system
The Osi Olubadan of Ibadan land and the former Governor of Oyo state, Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja has advised Governor Seyi Makinde to prioritize the state educational system, just as he enjoined Muslims to be of good conduct even after the fasting.
The former governor while speaking with newsmen while celebrating the Eid el Fitri occasion at his Bodija residence in Ibadan urged Makinde to bring back the pride of Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH) which was known for.
Ladoja also disclosed that more jobs through Agriculture should be created, adding that the state should be provided with more primary healthcare for easy accessibility.
The former governor also spoke on the need for tolerance between the Fulani herdsmen and the farmers, saying, both parties need to leave in peace and harmony to make Nigeria a better place.
