We use fresh human parts to make black soap for money ritual - Suspects

Three young men who was caught with two fresh human heads and human legs were  arrested by the special Anti - Robbery Squared of Oyo State Police Command.

The Suspects, Babatunde Kareem,aged 40, Taofeek Beloo aged 32 and Adebayo Yusuffaged 40, who confessed to be ritualists were arrested following a trip off by a member of the public and were  paraded at the Oyo State Police Command headquarters, Eleyele Ibadan.

Speaking with one of the suspects, the 22 Year old Taofeek disclosed that the human body parts were severed from corpses at a Muslim cemetery in isale general Area.

According to him " we sort out for  fresh human parts, we do burn the neck and the legs, divide it into two parts and mixed one part with black soap to bath everyday, with this,  the spirit in form of human would come to give us money"

The suspects added that their unbridled desire to get quick money prompted them to get human parts for money rituals.

The Commissioner of police, Abiodun Odude said the command has re- strategized through deliberate adoption of hybrid security measures to demonstrate the command's readiness to protect  lives and property.

Odude added that the suspects confessed to the crimes and they would be arraigned in court after conclusion of police investigation.
